Cooking Class
Culinary Medicine 101 cooking class with Chef Loret & Dr Su. We aim to encourage, inspire & teach you to cook healthier meals without compromising on taste. We opted for an Asian Inspired luncheon for our first class, that is nutritious and bursting with flavour. So grab your friends and explore fresh new taste sensations as we will be cooking with chia seeds, tofu, lemon grass, quinoa and much much more. Book your spot today for this hands-on interactive class, cook your own lunch & take leftovers home. Dr Su will talk you through all the health benefits while Loret has the fun, entertaining & cooking with you. We enjoy our wares afterwards over a relaxed lunch & share stories. You are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine or bubbly otherwise we do have refreshments available for sale in the shop. The meal choices are based on the nutrition pillar of Lifestyle Medicine, and is predominantly Whole food plant-based but meat protein options are also available eg, chicken, fish or beef. We will have a follow up Culinary Medicine class inspired by different regions, Mediterranean, Mexican or Indian flavours, also the one & only Ezekiel bread.

”Dear Dr Suvarna Buldeo
Just popped in to say a very BIG hearty thank you once again, for the sponsored tickets 🎟. On behalf of myself and my family MEMBERS, just wanted too say, it was such an epic and memorable night. It's been 2 long years since any of us actually partied like that, with covid and all. Your hosting skills are amazing. The night was a complete success. Very informative, since my husband, daughter and myself just started cholesterol medication, the food was delicious . The music was rocking, DJ J Sbu and Logie, omg had us all in stitches 😂🤣😅 laughing..
Take care.
Have a great day.
REGARDS,
Prilene & family

We proudly supported the SA Champions Cup, as volleyball is a moderate-vigorous intensity sport that can enjoyably help you achieve the required 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise. The added advantage of team sports is social connections, which is another pillar of lifestyle medicine.
